Tell Congress: “Investigate Ajit Pai and restore Net Neutrality”

The FCC is already being sued by multiple parties over its repeal of net neutrality. If Congress exposes Ajit Pai’s lies, it could unravel his whole scheme.

Lobbyists for telecom giants Comcast, Verizon, and AT&T will be doing everything in their power to protect Ajit Pai and their ridiculous profits. We need to send a strong message IMMEDIATELY to make sure House lawmakers make this a priority in 2019. Sign the petition to tell Congress: “Investigate Ajit Pai and take action to restore net neutrality.”

It’s time to restore the will of everyone in the US except Verizon and Comcast and restore Net Neutrality. It’s obviously a public utility, not a thing to sell access to.

The American public favored net neutrality and Ajit Pai ignored the will of the people he was suppose to defend. He choose instead to sell out the people for the benefit of the telecoms. And probably his own pocket book.

Net Neutrality is necessary for an open internet, which treats all traffic equally. This is in keeping with democratic ideals such as freedom of association, freedom of speech, etc.

The internet is not a limited resource. It should not be limited by large corporations just because they’re greedy. Instead, everyone should have fair and equal access— in this age you can’t do anything without it. You can’t find jobs or apartments. It’s not a luxury, it’s a necessity, and not putting net neutrality back in place will only harm us and our ability to be productive members of society. Not reinstating net neutrality will allow large corporations to dictate who can see what and how and why. It will throttle small businesses because they won’t have the capital to compete. We must stand our ground and show the late corporations backing lobbies that they can’t bully us.

I am signing because net neutrality is a basic necessity for a free society and a free marketplace. Also Ajit Pai is pretty transparently selling out the interests of the American people to telecommunications conglomerates and it needs to stop.

Zachary Thomas DiSalvo
Zachary Thomas DiSalvo

Ajit Pai does not have the interest of the people in mind at all. Everything he does is geared towards aquiring more power for himself and it is disgusting. The internet is humanities greatest achievement and keeping it free from control and throttling of corporations is of the utmost importance to the prosperity of any and all people that will have access to it in the future. Keeping ISP’s from limiting or altering is the only American thing to do in this situation. It represents freedom. The internet is a utility now and needs to be in the hands of the people. It is the greatest tool for individuals to better themselves through education and empowers the poor and unfortunate people to take their lives into their own hands. Keep freedom alive and out of the greedy hands of ISP’s that do not even consider the will of America. I also dislike Ajit Pai’s face and personality.

An open internet is not only important to me personally but to my business. Additionally I long ago stopped feeding the corporate greed of the cable monopolies. They charge far too much for what they offer and only further wealth inequality and social inequality in general. The internet should always remain the same speed regardless of site out ISP.
